I feel the most sensible thing for me to do is temporarily close the studio and thus minimise my imprint on the current situation. 

All passes will be put on hold until it is acceptable to re open.

If you want to keep up your practice with me I’ll be streaming live classes through zoom. I will plan Tuesday 7pm Strong Flow, and Thursday 7pm Gentle (suitable for pregnant clients).

Modern lifestyles can leave our bodies feeling tight, hunched and immobile, but we can use yoga intelligently to feel strong, aligned and more open.

Join me to give your upper back, shoulders and neck a much-needed release. Learn to let go of deep tensions and gain an abundant sense of space and freedom, in this overused area of the body.

Using vinyasa, yin and restorative yoga, this 3 hour workshop will help you to explore the shoulder girdle and thoracic & cervical spine. Learn an intelligent yet practical approach to your practice by exploring the relationship between your shoulders, arms, ribs, upper spine and the breath. This workshop will help to change the way you use your body in your yoga class, as well as in everyday life.​

A set of 6 restorative & meditative poses to get you ready for the weekend.  All poses consist of lying down whereby your body is supported by props so that your muscles can deeply relax. Coupled with the healing vibrations of Tibetan Healing Bowls. 

Restorative yoga helps to deeply relax the mind and body: facilitating healing as well as balancing out your physical and emotional energies

Mother's Day Workshop

I would love for you to join me for this year's mother's day workshop - a sequence aimed to lift your spirit: an energetic vinyasa flow followed by restorative yin poses.

We will set an intention to cultivate self awareness & compassion. We often operate on auto pilot showing little to no time to address what brings us joy, energy, strength and grounding. During our fluid vinyasa practice we will begin to observe our needs and make adjustments accordingly, as well as pick up some tools to take home!

All women are so welcome to join (not just mums). Cleansing juice served afterwards!
