PELVIC FLOOR YOGA
Monthly Class: Sundays 9:30am. Next Class 4th July
PELVIC FLOOR YOGA MONTHLY CLASS : In Person £15 / Online £12
4th July, Aug tbc, 5th Sept
Pelvic floor yoga can improve our posture, incontinence, pelvic prolapse, sexual pleasure and overall confidence
Pelvic floors make up the base of our core and hold the pelvic organs (bladder, intestines, uterus (females) in place. As we get older, and for those who’ve experience childbirth, this muscle can become weaker (too soft or too hard). Yoga includes the engagement of pelvic floors and often refers to them as the mula bandha – considered an energetic lock associated to the muladhara chakra (root chakra) at the base of the spine.
WHAT WILL SESSIONS INVOLVE?
Yoga focusing on pelvic floor awareness, exercises that will strengthen and soften, and knowledge to take this into regular yoga classes.
This course will teach you how to strengthen and release your pelvic floor muscles with a gentle, moderate hatha vinyasa class.
Movement suitable for all levels and abilities.
