This 4 part workshop is for everyone who needs a boost to start their week and feel more supple in their spine. If you want to make progress in these invigorating and empowering postures in a safe and structured way, please join us.
Backbends are known to counteract some of the damage from a bad posture like shallow breath, pain, week muscles, low mood. You’ll unwind tension in your back and neck, pelvis and hips, and increase shoulder mobility. You’ll explore the fundamentals in backbends to make the following progress:
