Yin & Tibetan Chakra Bowls

In Yin Yoga, we focus on the deep connective tissues of the body—ligaments, joints, bones, and fascia networks. A typical Yin class features a series of passive floor poses held for 2 to 6 minutes, allowing for deep stretching and relaxation.

This practice enhances energy flow and promotes the circulation of chi in the organs, while also providing significant mental and emotional benefits. If you're craving energy or feeling overstimulated, this is the perfect practice for you.

In a Yin Yoga class, the calming vibrations of Tibetan chakra gong bowls enhance relaxation and deepen the meditative experience, helping participants connect more fully with their bodies and breath.​
