Leo spent some of his childhood in Greece and benefited from informal French Bistro training in his early 20s, both influencing his skills and delivery of flavours. He cooks foods from around the world, and is influenced by French, Greek, Chinese, Indian and British styles.
Leo has been cooking for Yoga with Anna retreats for 4 years and gets ample praise for the meals he provides which nourish the yogis
He is available for cooking at retreats in the UK and Private Dining in the London/Surrey area.

"I was lucky enough to attend a yoga retreat where Leo was the chef. For 4 days the brunches and dinners Leo cooked for us were of a consistently high standard. Delicious wholesome food with lots of fresh, local produce and mouth-watering meals such as a healthy version of spinakota, tasty salads with quinoa and beetroot, amazing barbecued fish. Good, plentiful, home cooked food, full of flavour which fitted the climate and setting. Great breakfasts too with lots of choice including fresh fruit, cereals, Greek yoghurt, eggs and Leo was very adaptable to individual requests. All in all just what we needed on a retreat.
