Classes will incorporate a variety of movement, breath work, mudra (hand gestures), mantra (voicework), rituals, meditation. They also vary in intensity from extremely soft and nurturing to dynamic and detoxing!
I'm on a quest to explore yoga with you and support absolutely everyBODY on this journey - infusing teachings from our ancient to modern guides, combined with the knowledge of the changing energy of the earth's seasons : summer, winter, spring, autumn. Here you will find lessons for when you feel strong, through to when you feel fragile, and learn how to harness your energy accordingly. Living fast, busy and often unmanageable lives, us 'modernised' humans are re-learning our ancestors' knowledge for the importance of living in harmony with the earth, and when we unite seasonal awareness with our yoga practice, we can step towards a more healthy and balanced pathway for ourselves.

Membership is £14 a month, per household, from the date you subscribe and automatically renews every 4 weeks. You can cancel any time and your access remains until the end of the 4 weeks. Refunds are not available.
