Join myself and Cheryl, from Yoga Makes Me Smile, to guide you through a magical journey to uncover your sacred heart space, known in yoga as the Anahata Chakra.
The day will include:
⤐ 2 yoga classes - a vinyasa flow yoga class and a deeply restorative yin yoga practice
⤐ A workshop exploring your heart’s desires - using breathwork, yoga philosophy, mudra and mantra, meditation and journaling.
⤐ A wholesome plant based lunch, warm and nutritious to keep you toasty and healthy for Autumn. Along with Nibbles & teas to keep you energised throughout the day.
⤐ Yoga Nidra and a sumptuous Sound Bath to help you recharge

WHAT THE RETREAT HAS IN STORE FOR YOU...
H E A R T C O N N E C T I O N W O R K S H O P We’ll explore Anahata chakra, the space where the Soul/Atman resides exploring this through journaling, mantra and meditation to help us identify any blocks and guide us through revelations and resolutions to help you to move forward with love and greater connection with yourself.
Y O G A There will be two yoga classes including a morning Vinyasa Flow Yoga session to strengthen and stretch your body followed by an afternoon Restorative & Yin Gentle class to release tension and improve flexibility. There will also be deep relaxation with Yoga Nidra (yogic rest), and Sound Bathing with Tibetan singing bowls, to allow your mind and body to unwind in a conscious state of rest, activating the relaxation response and stimulating the functioning of your nervous system.
F O O D : LUNCH & NIBBLES
We'll enjoy a delicious home-cooked lunch together with nibbles and teas to enjoy during the day. Myself and Cheryl not only share a love of yoga together but spend half our time talking about food and sharing recipes. Hugely inspired by traditional family recipes, Ottolenghi, and our travels around the world.
IN THE WORKSHOP WE WILL ...
⤐ Exploring self-love, compassion for yourself and others
⤐ Realign your heart chakras with meditation, guided and Tratak (visual) meditation
⤐ Yoga helps open up your heart space and allows positive energy to flow in, giving you space to surrender what’s no longer serving you.
