5 days, 4 nights

Escape the British winter and immerse yourself in an enchanting yoga holiday where the vibrant energy of Marrakech mingles with the serene tranquillity of our riad palace. Nestled in the heart of the Medina, within the ancient quarter of Marrakech, our boutique-style accommodation offers an intimate oasis just a short stroll from the famous Djema El Fna Square, majestic palaces, and exquisite gardens.

Begin and end your days with an exhilarating yoga programme that will deepen your practice, enhance your focus, and introduce you to new techniques with personalised guidance. These sessions are the perfect complement to your exploration of the captivating city of Marrakech.

Wander through the cobbled alleys, alive with the scents of aromatic spices, the colours of vintage carpets, and the shimmer of silver treasures. When you've soaked in enough of the bustling markets, relax at a nearby café with a refreshing mint tea or retreat to our riad for a soothing dip in the plunge pool, a jacuzzi session, or an indulgent hammam massage.

Badi Palace Palace of Wonder/Brilliance is a ruined palace which took years to build from 1580s. The palace, decorated with materials imported from numerous countries ranging from Italy to Mali. Neglected after 1603 and  fell into ruin with the decline, its valuable materials were stripped away and reused in other buildings throughout Morocco.

Le Jardin Secret Built in the 16th century, it was one of the largest riads in the medina of Marrakech. The garden opened its doors to the public in 2016 in a redesigned form worked on by Tom Stuart-Smith and today consists of an exotic garden and an Islamic garden, a sacred place laid out according to rigid geometrical rules. My favourite place in Marrakech

My aim is to teach from a deeply intuitive place, drawing on a lifetime of body work and self-inquiry. I hope to empower those who lead busy lives with tools to regain their balance, energy, focus and explore their lighter side. I design yoga programmes to empower EVERY BODY from within, helping to gain a can do attitude and leave feeling charged to conquer life with their new tools.

The longer I teach, the more I realise how paramount it is for each student to feel supported and guided to practice safely, mindful yet challenged to explore their best abilities, within a nurturing and safe environment.
