WELL WOMAN COACHING
ONLINE & IN PERSON

For too long I’ve seen people ill-equipped to manage hormonal changes when there are so many wonderful methods of support. Yoga has so much to offer including simple and nurturing lifestyle tweaks that can help us not only live in harmony with ourselves, others and nature, but enable us to shine, prosper, enhance relationships, feel stronger and more healthy. I offer 121 sessions and group courses where we will explore:

After an initial consultation, a bespoke programme will include yoga & movement, breathwork, pelvic health, mudra, hormonal mapping, mood boards, journaling, hormonal nutrition guidance, meditation, nidra, and so much more... 

Yoga for Menopause Mondays - 4 week course, Ilfracombe

Join this course to positively approach your Midlife. Practice yoga, breathwork and other nurturing activities to help you ride through your menopause years with more ease, awareness and support.

The aim is to guide you to transition through this ‘rite of passage’ with a deeper sense of self using Ayurvedic and Yogic methods. You will learn tools to ease symptoms, and be alongside women going through similar experiences as you.

Dates: April 15th, (no class 22nd), 29th, May (no class 6th). 13th, 20th

Course Content:
  • Get physically stronger - in your core, your joints and your pelvic floor muscles.
  • ​Connect with your emotions to gain a deeper understanding of self  
  • Cycle awareness - moon & periods - understand your energy and mood
  • ​Learn methods to manage typical ailments: sleep disorders, anxiety, hot flashes, foggy brain and more!

Cost: £50 (I have a few subsidised places if you are on a low income, please get in touch)

Side Note: This programme can work alongside anyone taking HRT, however we will not be covering this in the course as it is a medical topic and best to discuss with your doctor

Your Well Woman Coaching Guide

 ​​I’m a Senior Yoga Teacher and have practiced yoga since 1994, and taught since 2014. I’ve trained with many wonderful teachers and learnt numerous styles over the years, accruing over 850hrs of training. I teach an amalgamation of yoga styles that enable me to support women’s health, enhance athletic performance, and manage injuries.

I have always loved alternative lifestyles and adventure, from exploring Tarot cards and spell books at 12, and then walking into my first yoga class at 14 which was weird and wonderful. I had no idea it would bring such richness to my life.  Yoga has infinite lessons to teach us: it offers guides to healthy lifestyles choices, living in harmony with the seasons and nature, even equipping us with ethics to respect ourselves and others. It infuses ancient wisdom with modern science so we have the best of both worlds to make informed choices. When I explored the depth of these teachings I felt like I had found what I had been searching for - the Well Woman movement.

My three children are my inspiration to tune deep into the feminine sources. They guide me on boundaries, help me dismantle the patriarch, and have opened my eyes to further understand how much choice we have with identity. I have much to be grateful for in my life, including the cohort of people that strive to support those transitioning through life with more ease and self awareness. The Well Woman movement is gaining powerful momentum, something I hope to be able to continuously support. I'm currently creating courses for yoga teachers and practitioners who work with women's health, to support them with Well Woman courses as well as completing my Ayurvedic Practitioners Course this summer.
