​⤐  ​Morning Vinyasa – work through every body part with twists and backbends to harness an energetic, challenging but fun practice – further enriched by the wisdom of yoga philosophy, closing with a gentle grounding practice to harness deep release. A class infused with attention to breath & transitions to feel mindful & connected.

⤐  Yin & Restorative Afternoon – (floor Yoga) – In Yin yoga, we target the deep connective tissues of the body - the ligaments, joints, bones, and deep fascia networks. Energetically, Yin yoga improves energy flow and enhances the flow of chi in the organs, but the practice also offers huge mental and emotional benefits too. Restorative yoga deeply relaxes the mind and body: facilitating healing as well as physical and emotional balance. Supported by props to completely relax and rest, held from 5 minutes or more, restorative poses include light twists, seated forward folds, and gentle backbends.

All levels & experience are welcome.

WORKSHOP, TEA, CAKE & CHAT

​⤐  we’ll play around with oils and essences, herbs and all sorts to make our own roller body oil. Get creative and make a grounding & calming oil scent, or an uplifting & energising aroma!

This retreat is designed to help you get away from the world for a little bit, to feel replenished, grounded and leave with a little glow within (and smell nicer 😉!).

Cancellation: I’m afraid I do not offer refunds or transfers, if you can find someone to take your place, just let me know.
Who can come: Everyone! All genders are so welcome, ages from 14+ (but under 18S to be accompanied by an adult.)
Food Allergies: The food will be vegan, if you have a medical allergy, please let me know upon booking to ensure we can cater for you x
