MENSTRUAL CYCLE AWARENESS

Learn to understand and  fully appreciate each stage of your menstrual cycle. I'm looking forward to sharing some wisdom from matrilineal lines and show how you to use MSA to enhance your energy and mood!

  • What do you feel about your menstrual cycle?
  • Are there stages of you you love or can't cope with?
  • Do you talk openly about your cycle with family, friends, colleagues?
  • Do you use an app to monitor your cycle? (If so, please start!)

If you are interested, start jotting down how you feel each day of your cycle, 1 or 2 words are enough. And do get in touch if you have anything you need to ask in the meantime! annahollandyoga@gmail.com
