Whether you are feeling excited, nervous or a myriad of emotions, you won't be alone. Our prenatal yoga classes will help keep your body strong and prepare you for labour - both physically and emotionally. Not only does prenatal yoga assist to ease labour, but it also helps you feel much more calm and relaxed during pregnancy. We practice labour breathing techniques, strengthen your body to cope well with your growing baby, increase hip & groin flexibility and finish with a deep relaxation. PRIVATE PAMPER (not available at present) Yoga & yoga massage balls, 60 minutes £60 9am-3pm / £75 5pm-9pm A private class designed to help unwind the ever changing body, and cater for releasing areas of tension. A personalised yoga sequence is taught under expert tuition and is written up for you to take home so you can do it in your own time & in the comfort of your own home. The session ends with a hand & foot massage using yoga balls, followed by a deep relaxation. We cover breathing techniques used for labour (included in a booklet that you can also take home). This class is suitable for mother's who are particularly anxious or are feeling the physical challenges of pregnancy and require some nurturing! xx |
Anna Holland has over 15 years antenatal yoga experience, and has taught over 2000 classes. Her personal experience (mother of 3), and years of teaching yoga to mothers-to-be will provide a safe and nurturing experience for you to unwind, strengthen and feel ready for the big day.
