Mum & Baby Yoga
Rebuild your strength, confidence, meet other local mums and deepen your bond with your newborn. Classes consist of yoga poses to rebuild your strength & flexibility with particular attention to back care, core strength and pelvic floor confidence. We also practice breathing techniques to help you keep calm during the early stages of motherhood as well as baby massage. Chanting and singing is not uncommon in these classes either...
