YOGA, BREATHWORK, MEDITATION & SOUND HEALING
Anna will lead feminine yoga practices based on traditional Celtic and Ayurvedic traditions that have aided women through the natural transitions of life for centuries. You will learn empowering and grounding practices to navigate the seasons of menopause, including meditation and breathwork.
The retreat will end with a soothing Sound Bath which re-calibrates the body, turning off the sympathetic nervous system - often overworked managing stress - and stimulates the parasympathetic nervous system, aiding your body to naturally repair and heal.
F O O D : WORKSHOP LUNCH , REFRESHMENTS & BESPOKE TEAS
Louise will guide us through simple tweaks to include in meal preparation through a talking lunch workshop. We'll enjoy a nutritious home-cooked lunch together, prepared lovingly by your hosts.
Cookies and snacks will be available throughout the day to keep your energy up along with specially prepared herbal teas made bespoke for the event by Herbalist Cal Ardviksson.
