Yoga, Food, Sun & Rest...

A yoga holiday with a twist: chilled, decadent, & FUN!  A luxurious yoga retreat in Barbate Cadiz, Spain, a provence of Andalucia embedded with rustic charm, spacious accomodation, finishing up with a chilled ambient evening along the coast.

15 minutes to gorgeous beaches including 
Playa de Zahora and in Los Caños de Meca, the estate boasts three villas sourrounded by pine trees, a large private pool, and beautiful endless gardens.

​Feed the soul
  • 3 morning energising & dynamic Vinyasa Flow class & meditation (1hr 45mins); breakfast will be waiting for you - a healthy serving of fresh fruit, cereals & breads
  • 3 evening rejuvenating & relaxing yoga classes (75mins) including pranayama & meditation, to eliminate tension & tiredness, followed by a delicious & nutritious home cooked evening meal
  • Meditation & pranayama, and plenty of free time!​​​

  • Beach day - let your hair down on the last day, enjoy local cuisine & groovy vibes at Jaima Meccarola​


​Feed the body
  • Daily breakfast, lunch and dinner will be served: nutritious, local ingredients, home made by a talented & health conscious Chef Leo - who is all about the flavour!
  • Saturday BBQ Dinner
  • Unlimited supply of tea, coffee & water
  • We will visit a piano bar on the sea for our last meal - which serves delicious local food surrounded by ambiance

Accommodation

Location

​Our home is in a beautiful private setting surrounded by pine trees in the quiet community of El Soto, overlooking the valley of the Barbate river. Here  you can enjoy the large private pool, light & airy accommodation and plenty of space to relax peacefully. Should you wish to venture out you can visit one of many close by beautiful beaches including El Palmar, Zahora & Caños de Meca, only 15 minutes away.   Vejer de la Frontera sit 4kms away, one of Andulcia's most beautiful picturesque white towns.

3pm Arrival
7pm Evening restorative yin yoga, pranayama, meditation

THURSDAY
8am Dynamic Vinyasa Flow class, meditation, pranayama
10am Hearty nutritious breakfast
11am-6pm free time to explore and enjoy the facilities - private lake, swimming pool etc. or horse riding, massage, a surf lesson at the nearby beach can be organised for you (please enquire for cost)
2pm Light Lunch is available
6.30pm Gentle Yoga, meditation, pranayama
8.30pm Dinner

FRIDAY
8am Dynamic Vinyasa Flow class, meditation, pranayama
10am Hearty nutritious breakfast
11am-6pm free time
2pm Light lunch is available
6.30pm Gentle Yoga, meditation, pranayama
8.30pm BBQ Dinner

SATURDAY
8am Dynamic Vinyasa Flow class, meditation, pranayama
10am Delicious breakfast
11am Beach time!! Anything goes, let your hair down, do some yoga on the beach, enjoy the local offerings....
4pm Dinner - we will go to one of the local restaurants by the sea and enjoy some of their local fresh cuisine, prices start from €12

7am Independent meditation (optional)
8am final yoga flow
10am breakfast
12noon depart (can be extended upon request)

Prices start from £500​
  • Shared twin/double room, £1000
  • Shared twin/double room, en suite £1100
  • Single occupancy from £750 (limited rooms)
Does not include
  • Transport to and from airport, 1hr (taxi around €35). Get in touch to share a taxi with other yogis. Car hire recommended for easy beach access, prices start from £10 per day.
  • Food & drinks other than already stated. Option to buy wine/soft drinks
  • Local excursions & activities. (Beach, horse riding, golf or surfing can be arranged)
  • ​Sunday evening dinner out, prices start from 12 Euros, and taxis c.10 Euros
  • Nearest airport Gibralta Flights (around £166 when I last checked)

  • A deposit of £250 secures your place. Full balance due by 1st Aug 2018.
  • ​Arrival from 3pm Wednesday 19th Sept, and depart Sunday 23rd Sept 10am.
