Unwind, relax & unfurl your inner tranquillity. Restore your mind & body from the week and replenish yourself for the weekend

A set of 6 restorative & meditative poses to get you ready for the weekend.  All poses consist of lying down whereby your body is supported by props so that your muscles can deeply relax. 

Restorative yoga helps to deeply relax the mind and body: facilitating healing as well as balancing out your physical and emotional energies

No experience necessary

You will need:
A yoga mat or blanket to lie on
2 bed pillows, 2 cushions, 2 blankets, 2 big books, a strap or scarf
