Due to being unable to teach in the physical yoga studio VASTUU because of rules around Covid, I am beginning 2021 with a yoga collaboration. I have joined with two local, brilliant and experienced yoga teachers, Jane (Jane Giacone Yoga) and Cheryl (from Yoga Makes me Smile). Together we have created:

TIMETABLE for ​LIVE CLASSES 
STUDIO: 4 people max per studio class, and we're creating bubbles whereby students will need to sign up to half term commitment to ensure minimal contact. Studio Covid-19 procedures are in place READ MORE HERE. If you prefer to set up a payment plan, please get in touch. If you miss a studio class you'll be sent the recording.

& ONLINE: All studio classes are live-streamed for you to practice at home. There are virtual class passes here and recordings are available if you can't make the live version. We use Zoom for live-streams, once you book you will receive a confirmation email with your Zoom login.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

You are agreeing to these T&Cs when making a purchase: 

PURCHASES are non-refundable. 

TRANSFERS:
Online classes - a strict 2hr min notice for rescheduling a class. Workshops & Courses - non-transferable but recordings are available for some, not all.

Studio classes - please notify me 2hrs minimum in advance if you are unable to attend a class so can join in online, alternatively you will be sent a recorded version, available to watch within 3 days.

Please notify me prior to attendance if you are pregnant or have any medical conditions, so that I can provide modifications.

PASSES: If time runs out: Passes can be extended once, up to one month from the date of expiry. The one month extension will start from the date that the extension fee (£10) is paid. Once the pass extension has expired any remaining classes will no longer be valid. Should I take holidays their lifespan extends to reflect this. Passes are non-refundable/non-transferable.

YOGA FOR THOUGHT...
  • Please arrive on time for class or you may not be omitted, doors open 10 minutes before class starts and close once class has begun and filming commences - thank you.
  • Classes are 60mins
  • Avoid heavy foods 2 hours before
  • Wear comfortable clothing - whatever you would wear to the gym, let leggings be your new BFF!
  • Please turn off your phones, and don't bring them in the room!
  • And please remember to drink plenty of water on the day of your class, up to an hour before and bring some to have after​
