I’m Anna, I’ve been practicing yoga since 1994, teaching since 2014, and trained in yoga therapy, women’s health, Ayurveda, nutrition and meditation. I’ve seen what works - not the trends or quick fixes, but the practical, simple changes that transform energy, clarity, and confidence. I live between countries (currently living out my wildest dream in Corfu) and bring my diverse heritage and experience to every coaching session. My passion is helping women reconnect to themselves and their natural radiance. |

Ask How long is the program? The coaching program runs over six sessions, ideally spaced weekly for best impact. Do I need prior experience with yoga or coaching? Not at all - the program is fully tailored to your experience and lifestyle. Where can I do this - online or in person? All sessions are virtual, with follow-up resources and support. Unless you are in Corfu, then sessions can be in person. |
